The spectrum analyzers of the 2650A series offer fast and accurate signal analysis with an excellent solution for engineers and technicians conducting field measurements in the 50 kHz to 8.5 GHz range. These highly compact, hand-held units weigh 1.8 kg offering full-fledged features, equal to full-size bench models with continuous 4 hour operation due to a powerful and rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery.
They can be used for the location of transient interference signals due to fast sweeping speeds (min 10 ms), with a displayed average noise level (DANL) of 127 dBm. Additionally,they have an integrated tracking generator, a large easy-to-view color display with 640x480 resolution and PC software for remote control and storage of results and screen shots.
These units offer channel/adjacent channel power, occupied bandwidth, electric and magnetic field strength measuring functions. It consists of an in-built tracking generator for quick detection of transmission features of 2 port devices (model 2652A) .
