The 5476 is a digital megaohmmeter from Haefely that is designed to provide an accurate measurement of high resistance insulation. This device commonly functions to deliver accurate measurement values of cable insulation resistance and insulation material test with the Ttex 2903 and 2914 load cells. It is capable of measuring insulation from at a range of 10 kOhm up to 1 Pohm.
