These 100 MS/s 12-bit arbitrary waveform generators are members of the 290 series. They come in 1, 2, or 4 channel models.
These devices feature a waveform memory of 1M point and have a 10ns pulse pattern generator. Utilizing DDS or 50MHz for square waves, the generator has a capability function of 40MHz. Up to 1,024 segments can be arranged with the waveform sequencing mechanism. As well as having RS-232 and GPIB software, the device includes a USB interface and waveform manager plus, which was created for Windows programming systems. Many generator features are combined in these units.
