The components of the base/coating are the elements from Mg to U. The industrial process is controlled and monitored by the system. The features of the system are - automatic choice for evaluation of coating thickness for optimization of relative error of measurements, remote control of analyzer electronics and software by an ETHERNET interface of Workstation Device, communications with OPC server. It offers a very simple and convenient operation. There is a possibility to install the measurement block below and above the measured material. It has a built-in industrial computer.
