UV VIS spectrometer / NIR - 300 - 1600 nm, 100 ms | PROTEUS
Ultrafast System's Proteus kinetic spectrometer is a dynamic device that delivers exceptional performances in spectroscopy applications. It provides excellent results in the extensive spectral range of 300 to 1600 nm, from UV to NIR spectral fields of operation. The spectrometer works in three diverse spectral ranges as per the type of diode/PMT. It displays a range of 200-1100 nm with an Si diode, 900-1600 nm with an InGaAs diode and 200-750 nm with a PMT. It delivers results in an incredible 100 ms temporal range and an inherent time resolution of 5 ns. It is equipped with an 8-bit digitizer displaying a 300 MHz bandwidth and digitizing speeds of 2.5 Gs/sec. A faster digitizer is optionally available.
The Proteus incorporates various detectors such as amplified Si diode, amplified InGaAs diode or a PMT that provide rise times of less than 2 ns. The transient spectrometer works on the continuous photoelectric technology. It provides accurate emission, absorption and emission adjusted absorption values.
The spectrometer is available with software support in the form of PROTEUSTM 3.x and SURFACE XPLORERTM (data processing software). It is perfectly qualified for use in the fields of photochemistry, photophysics, photobiology, material studies, cell biology and nano-technology.
