UV VIS spectrometer - nanofilm_refspec_va
The variable angle RefSpec2 VA is used to study orientation effects and optical dichroism in absorbing thin films such as Langmuir and LB films. This model features precision motorized angle-of-incidence adjustments as well as p&s polarization flip (motorized polarizer and analyzer) and utilizes precise calibration methods and a cooled back-thinned CCD detector in order to obtain the necessary sensitivity. Additionally, it is equipped with a Xe-light source for operating in a range from 240 to 980 nm and enables completely automatic measuring at preset surface pressures or molecular areas via NIMA and KSV troughs interface.
