The ADI 2045TI EX proof process analyzer is used for wet chemical analysis of various hazardous environments belonging to the Zone I and Zone II. It fully meets the EU standards 94/9/EC (ATEX 95) and has all the necessary certificates. The analyses conducted through this device are carried out in environments that have high concentration of pollution such as various fumes, dust or flammable gases.
This device is characterized by an incredible level of versality as it can detect hundreds of various compounds. It uses all the standard online process analyzers and the measuring methods include measurements with ion selective electrodes, titration, direct measuring, photometry and Karl Fischer titration.
The typical applications of the ADI 2045TI EX proof are in measuring moisture in alcohol, acetic acid, HC condensate, kerosene and glycol, salt (NaCl) in crude oil, NaOH in MTP/MPD and ethylenglycol, fuels and other chemical and petrochemical industries. It also measures levels of chloride and iron and pH value in CDU distillation, ammonia and H2S in sour water strippers, cyanide in industrial and waste waters, bromide in hydro-generated C8/C5 and PTA, H2O2 in dispensed and recovery liquid and in HPPO. Finally it can measure HF, KOH, TAN, pTBC, mercaptanes and H2SO4.
This machine needs no special permits for services, it has the Rapid Air Exchange unit for purge control that works on 115 V or 230 V in Zones 1 and 2, and the housing is made out of SS316 stainless steel and it has a built in keyboard. It also features pneumatic valves for handling the flammable samples. The data communication is carried out through TCP/IP ModBus and HTML web service protocol that connects through the Ethernet connection. The full remote access and control of the device is available as well. Various isolator packages are also predicted for various digital or analog inputs and outputs. The Ex proof sensor input isolation amplifier is also a part of the standard package as well as the IP 66/NEMA 4X ingress protection. It allows multiple sampling streams, components and analysis.
This is the most versatile and complete chemical analyzer on the contemporary market and it is capable of carrying out various tasks. Some additional techniques like UV digestion, KF titration, colorometry, standard addition and thermal digestion are also available in certain combinations. As it is a modular device, it makes it highly customizable for almost any application you may require. Communication with other devices through digital or analog data links is also available.
