Elemental analyzer / hydrogen - G4 PHOENIX DH
Bruker G4 PHOENIX is a high performance analyzer is suitable to automatically determine diffusible hydrogen content in solids. Examples of solids include aluminum, steel, welding materials, weld seams etc. It is useful for a variety of sample matrices. The device is equipped with a fast heating infrared-heated clamshell furnace and/or a tube furnace which uses wire as a heating element. Both the furnaces feature a quartz tube for sample heating. The infrared furnace tube has a diameter of 30 mm. This allows easy analysis of larger samples such as weld seams in accordance with EN/ISO 3690 and AWS A4.3.
G4 PHOENIX has a built-in automatic gas dosing unit with 10 separate volumes. This enables an easy and dependable calibration. A durable and stable thermal conductivity detector with high sensitivity is a key feature of this analyzer.
