Modular building / prefab / office
All our modular buildings are manufactured from 1.6mm steel with a choice of flat or corrugated side walls and include High Security Locking System doors as standard plus High Security Shutters.In addition, all our modular buildings are built to last with both the underside & inside painted prior to lining out.
Modular Buildings - Internal Finish
Internal finishes comprise either decorative vinyl faced plasterboard, melamine faced chipboard or 4mm EBG2001 polyester faced wallboards. Floors are covered in heavy duty polyflor with plastic skirting boards.
Modular Buildings - Electrical & Plumbing fit
All electrics in our modular buildings are to IEE 17th Edition, all distribution boards having MCBs & RCD. All Gas fitting CORGI approved.
