The Z600 model, assembled by Zarges, is an access step that consists of a platform with a measurement of 600 mm x 800 mm. This tool offers rapid and convenient installation due to its new connectors made from aluminium extrusions. Moreover, it has four sprung swivel castors and lock-on sprung castors.

The Z600 industrial access step ladder features stiles constructed from high grade extruded aluminum equipped with screw channels for flexible assembly. The ladder is built with a single side railing to ensure safety, and an optional second handrail may be ordered at an additional cost if preferred. These handrails are removable and requires no special tools. The slope can also be adjusted to accommodate different environments. It comes with 2 wall and floor brackets for easily attaching steps.
Accessories such as hook-on cantilevers, a collection of hooks and plastic foundation plates in standard and non-static version are also available at an additional cost for users with different application needs. Thread widths are at 600, 800 or 1000 mm.

The Z600 bridging steps are available as fixed or mobile. The stiles are constructed from highly-durable extruded aluminum sections. Flexible assembly is made possible thanks to features such as screw channels. For comfort, the required inclination angle selection is 45-degrees and for confined spaces, it is 60-degrees.
Tread width selection includes 1,000mm, 800mm or 600mm. The standard tread covering is serrated aluminum and an open grid covering made of steel is available at an additional price. This ladder is built for reliability in both the mobile and stationary versions. The stationary model complies with DIN EN ISO 14 122 and the mobile model complies with BGI 637. For the bridging steps, floor brackets are supplied for use as attachments.
Optional features include a swing door, longer platforms and an additional handrail and platform railing.
