The Surface Miner 4200 SM (Soft rock) from Wirtgen is capable of cutting soft to medium-hard rock of up to 80 MPa. It is designed with crawler tracks that can be adjusted individually. It is equipped with a cutting drum that can mine iron ore and coal with its mechanically-run system.This model features a two-stage conveyor system which is available in two designs.
