SigmaNEST Punch Combo uses the combination of SimgaNEST AutoNEST and SigmaNEST Punch functionalities for a complete profile cutting and to best coordinate sheet metal cutting and punching process with single and combined orders. The system is used to provide punch/plasma and punch/laser machines. Punch Combo ensures superior tool management with minimal time wastage during tool changes. The inventory recognizes the best sheet and non-rectangular remnants also. It enables an enhanced shop floor planning with accurate costs and time estimates. The single software can be used for a multitude of machines with minimal programming and training.
Punch Combo provides several features such as automatic and manual NC tool path generation, tool management and substitution, nesting in dead zones and under clamps, automatic and manual punch tooling. The software also enables pre-pierce punching, auto-repositioning, automatic tabbing and micro-joints, turret setup tracking and reporting and drop door support
