The Sigma Nest Techno™ is built to optimize engine through-put with enhanced nesting and NC programming, and includes common-line, bridge, and chain cutting. Its functionality maximizes the machine efficiency, operates remnants, and decreases scrap. This device is designed for plasma, laser, water jet, oxy fuel, router, and combined engines. The automatic and manual advanced true shape nesting and automatic part pattern recognition are also included.
This device in a single software can program all main profile cutting and punching engines. It contains intense levels of relentless cutting with less pierces. The high versatility in file conversion and transmission are also included. Furthermore, Sigma Nest Techno™ has an accurate planning with precise time and cost estimates before cutting.
