The LANNER rackmount FW-7568 series are specially designed as a barebones firewall network appliance. They contain 6 or 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and are driven by a Pineview Dual Core Intel Atom D525 processor. They represent a cost-effective firewall solution for different types of small networks. They have a small form factor, and can be implemented into different network racks, on most desks or table tops. They also contain 2 SATA connection for HDD drives, and one CompactFlash socket. For more end user customizations, an additional mini- PCIe expansion slot is available, offering compatibility with different systems and equipment.
