Radio modem - Pyrocontrole
The BLUETOP 100 radio modem is an easy-to-install device ideal for use with cables that may be expensive or problematic to install. This device is ideal for replacing either RS485 or RS232 cable connections that have a range of 10 to 100 or more meters, depending on the antenna style.
It is possible to create a relay system by interconnecting a system of the modems and it generally takes a second for auto-connection between the modems. These devices utilize a 230VAC or 24VDC electrical power supply, and a symmertric DIN rail mounting system. Using a built-in antenna will result in a line-of-sight range up to 10m, while an isotropic antenna will result in 100m range and directional antenna, a 1km range.
This device is compatible with the majority of industrial protocols and configurable through the RS232 using PC software.
