Valve controller for dosing - RVC900N
The RVC900N works for the PDV-1000 series of auger valves and the RV5000DPM cartridge auger valve. It uses timed shots of 0.01 seconds at the least. The motor speed is kept constant to ensure material viscosity rates are down. The unit features an adjustable forward and reverse speed and time unit to make it perfect for any dispensing cycle. The RVC900N uses material pressure to a barrel and a regulator and pressure gauge.
It has a digital timer that can function at up to 99.99 seconds and a reverse timer and speed control to keep suck-back levels under control. This is an accurate and repeatable unit that is perfect for many applications including automated functions.
