The PFS RF-Switch of Trumpf enables the numerous use of an RF generator in versatile plasma systems in sequential processes and in systems with a variety of supply entry slots. They are especially designed to adhere the requirements of systems with the only selected outlet is activated and non-activated outlets are earthed to the mass. It may also be used when switching happens in un-powered condition and a safe switching off because of its delay feature.
