Heating controller aircraft - 2.5 - 7.5 kW | HCU series
Electrical heating elements used in floor panels, water lines, fittings and associated equipment for aircrafts, equipment used in AC systems have to be monitored and controlled. These functions are performed by the Heating Control Unit (HCU). Important heating parameters are stored in a non-volatile memory in a configuration module or data unit adapted to seat layout requirements. The intelligent connection between the HCU and configuration module makes maintenance and parts replacement easy, and allows us to configure the cabin layout for different heating parameters. The electrical wiring of connected heaters is monitored through the HCU arc fault detection module, there by identifying damaged wiring insulation and prevents electrical arc-induced hazards.
