Omnidirectional antenna - 225 - 450 MHz | R&S®AD033V3
The R&S AD033V3 omnidirectional UHF antenna system is perfect for naval setups and uses a frequency range that goes from 225 to 450 MHz. It has an antenna that transmits items and can also receive signals. The eight vertically polarized dipoles are arranged around the body with one output in the center, creating an effective omnidirectional setup. It works on masts of 670mm in diameter and can be used as two pre-fitted half-shells. Easy to mount when refitting items to a ship structure as needed, it can also be used stacked one on top of another and even mounted on top of separate units for Rx and Tx needs.
The antenna can also keep RCS values from being a significant threat. It uses a DC grounding setup to protect it from serious weather issues.
