Balluff Industrial RFID helps in automatic identification and tracing of objects. The process involves attaching the object to be identified to the data carrier, which functions as a memory. This inductive data transfer is done, without any contact, between the code carrier and the read or read/write head. The data is passed on, using the evaluation unit, from the read head to the controller.
