The CoroTap 300 spiral flute tap is an alternative for blind holes. The flute carries the chips from the hole and is also utilized for cutting fluid. This product features Chamfer C wirh 2-3 threads and Chamfer E with 1.5-2 threads. Its edge is treated for minimal axial force and torque, smooth tool run, reduced cutting-edge chipping and optimized surface quality as well as tool life and chip evacuation.A consistent cutting process and stable rake angle is achieved through its spiral design. The black Chamfer reduces torque and chipping and is used on taps equipped with high helix angle.
