The conEX from Battenfeld Cincinnati is the newest conical twin screw extruder that offers high quality and excellent performance and provides customized co-extrusion solutions to fulfill customer requirements. It has a larger window for processing, a longer life span and a cost-effective performance ratio. Moreover, the series consists of conEX 38, 50, 63 and 72, which includes special space-saver co-extruder models. It also has AC motors that provide an increase in energy efficiency. Additionally, it has an anti-wear protection made of tungsten carbide, molybdenum and chrome combined with nitrided surfaces.
