Conical twin-screw extruder / PVC - R43, R53 series
This system extrudes dry blend into rigid PVC during PVC processing. They work with great efficiency and with high speed under high counter pressure. These are twin screw extruders and available in market with diameters 63, 43 and 53. In spite of having different diameters all the model bear a constant L/D ratio of 23. A degassing system is employed in these devices. These systems are highly used in pressure and temperature transducers too.
