To achieve a high quality and output performance, the line equips with a grooved feed extruder, precision ceramic heaters, dual-lip air ring, horizontal oscillating haul-off unit, IBC (Internal Bubble Cooling) system, 1st haul-off with cooling roller, fully automatic double-station winder with contact/central/gap winding, and a centralized computer control system. It offers advantage of compact design, higher output, better film quality, energy-saving, easy operation, etc. It is designed to produce a wide range of good quality 3-layer films.
