The double sheet monitor, manufactured by Klaschka, is suitable for use in preventing expensive tool damage and production down times by automated transports of sheet metal plates.

The BDK compact monitor is constructed in a compact design made from metal. It is enclosed in a plastic casing with a size of 36mm. The unit is equipped with a feeler that measures from 0.15mm to 2mm, and detects thin metal plates.

The BDK compact double sheet metal monitor is equipped with easy-to-use Teach-In functions that ensure ferrous metal sheets do not exceed a desired thickness. It measures from 0.15mm to 4mm, and has a 54mm feeler without enclosure.
