Ball bearing slide - GN 2402

Linear motion bearings GN 2402 with inside traversal distance are used e.g. for storing drawers and sliding doors or in jigmaking for the traversal in linear direction.

The traversal distance of the runner lies within the length of the rail l1. Limiting the maximum traversal distance should be ensured by external elements; the supports of the rail have been designed to guard against the inadvertent extraction of the runner.

Telescopic slide / ball bearing - GN 2404

Telescope-Linear motion bearings GN 2404 with partly outside traversal distance are used e.g. for storing drawers and sliding doors or in jigmaking for the traversal in linear direction. Rail and runner are equal in length.

The traversal distance of the runner lies on side, and with the support screw removed on both sides, just over half outside the rail. This creates a stroke which slightly exceeds half, resp. the full length of the rail.

Limiting the maximum stroke should be ensured by external elements; the supports of the rail have been designed to guard against the inadvertent extraction of the runner.

Telescopic slide / ball bearing - GN 2406

Telescope-Linear motion bearings GN 2406 consist of two linear motion bearings linked by an intermediate profile. They are used when the lateral space requires a small width and when large strokes are required at the same time. The S shape of the intermediate profile gives the configuration a high degree of stiffness.

The rails and the intermediate profile are equal in length. Both rails can be extracted such that a stroke is reached which is longer than the base lengthl1.

Limiting the maximum stroke should be ensured by external elements; the supports of the rail are dampened by elastomers and have been designed to guard against the inadvertent extraction of the runner

Telescopic slide / ball bearing - GN 2408

Telescope-Linear motion bearings GN 2408 consist of two interconnected linear motion bearings, used e.g. in handling or automation applications or in jigmaking for straight-line traversal distances if large strokes with low construction height of the rail are required. The H-shape of the rails gives the configuration a high degree of stability.

The rails and the runners are equal in length. Both runners can be extracted such that a stroke is reached which is longer than the rail base length l1. Removing the support screws from the rails allows a stroke of the runners on both sides.

Telescopic slide / ball bearing - GN 2410

Telescope-Linear motion bearings GN 2410 consist of two linear motion bearings connected at the runners, used e.g. in handling or automation applications or in jigmaking for straight-line traversal distances if large...

Telescopic slide / ball bearing - GN 2410

Telescope-Linear motion bearings GN 2410 consist of two linear motion bearings connected at the runners, used e.g. in handling or automation applications or in jigmaking for straight-line traversal distances if large strokes with low construction height of the rail are required.

The dual configuration has the advantage that both the radial and the axial load capacities are identical and that it has been shown to be less susceptible to dirt in practical use.

The rails and the runners are equal in length. Both runners can be extracted such that a stroke is reached which is longer than the rail base length l1. Removing the support screws from the rails allows a stroke of the runners on both sides.

Limiting the maximum stroke should be ensured by external elements; the supports of the rail have been designed to guard against the
inadvertent extraction of the runners.

Heavy-duty telescopic slide - max. 0.8 m/s

These telescopic rails feature caged ball bearings and offer optimal running properties. They are available in six series including LTF, ASN, DMS, DBN, DS and DE, and come with inductively hardened raceways. Even in the fully extended position during maximum load processes, bending is very minor.

The telescopic stroke extensions are over-extended, partial, full and special strokes and versions of the rails are available upon request. The supported load is able to reach approximately 4,409lbs or 2,000kg per pair in the DMS-63 series.
