The TUBUS TA series elastomer bumpers from ACE Controls are designed for soft energy absorption. Elastomer bumpers are resistant to most wear and tear conditions and last up to five times longer. Elastomer bumpers are better in all aspects as compared to the urethane, rubber and coiled steel bumpers.

Elastomer bumpers are ideal for use in highly abrasive environments. The material is resistant to chemicals, oil, grease, saltwater, ultraviolet light, fuel and microorganisms. These efficient units do not absorb water and thus do not swell. TUBUS TA series Elastomer bumpers absorb 40% to 66% more energy per unit of weight and volume with a capacity of 20 to 17,000in-lbs.

The tolerances offered by these parable stop buffers are in accordance with DIN 2768-c, ISO 4759-1 and ISO 3302-1 M3. They also conform to 2002-95-EG and should only be used for pressure loads.
