Plastic spacer
The conveyor roller sleeve spacers or otherwise known as spacer sleeves was manufactured by Dura-Belt company. It provides space between the product and rollers, preventing products (e.g., glass) from touching the rollers. The unit fits at any roller from 1.9" (48mm) diameter up having a durometers of 80 A for brown and 83 A for orange. With its flat belts up to 1/8" (3.2 mm) thick, 1.5" (38 mm) wide, 83 A, no tooling is charge. It has a low cost even in small quantities and it is easy to install.
