The MVC Series of feed controls features compressed structural designs, fully threaded frames, and positive stop mechanisms. They exhibit basic buttons at the rod ends, and primary piston rods made out of stainless steel materials. These feed controls are capable of being integrated with a broad range of mounting components.

The MVC Series of feed controls exhibit other technical specifications, such as impact ranges of 0.15 to 3.66 m/sec (0.5 to 12 ft/sec), silicone oil types, and frames made out of steel materials, complete with Weartec Plus polish. The MVC Series also sport working temperature levels of 0 to 66 degrees Celsius (32 to 150 degrees Celsius), and standard mechanical stops.

ACE hydraulic speed/feed controllers are independent sealed units which are suitable for accurately controlling speed in both travel directions. Independent adjustments can be made to the travel speed of each direction. Some examples of applications are machine slides and guards, equipment, lids, swinging loads and tooling fixtures, and equipment related to automation, pick and place, and drill and tapping.

The DVCs, dual velocity controls, are a highly dependable solution for automated control and velocity damping. With the DVC models, the speed of machine parts in motion is regulated. They are perfect for applications which demand easy-to-install, user-friendly self-contained units.

The controllers have a heavy duty construction and several features such as single or dual controls and adjustable or fixed orifices.
