Spring mechanical seal / active heave compensation - PC02
The PC02 is a balanced spring mechanical seal. The device can be installed easily and has a reliable performance. The series consists of a broad range of application scope and interchangeability. The stationary rings are made with floating type. The devices integrate materials of the sealing faces, such as graphite, silicon carbide, tungsten carbide and Aluminum oxide, with the secondary sealing. The secondary sealings consist of Acrylonitrile rubber, Fluorine rubber, Ethylene propylene rubber, PTFE, metal component and stainless steel.
The seals operates with a 14 MM to 200 mm specification. The pressure of the seal is ≤6.0 Mpa. Its temperature ranges from -50 ℃ to 220 ℃. They are used in petroleum refining industry, chemical industry, etc.
