The Cartridge Kit for HV10, HV20, HV2010 and HV2020 series include spare parts for fixed-displacement single and double vane pumps. The design of the kit enables the pumps to be interchanged.

The vane design has a self-compensation function for wear. It also makes the volumetric efficiency of the pump almost constant throughout its operation life.

The vanes adjust their orbit to make contact with the cam ring, although the interaction of the cam ring and the vane tips lead to wear.
