Swivel foot
Jergens carbide toggle pads deliver multi-point contact for compensation of rough or out-of-round surfaces. Points provide a positive grip by embedding in the workpiece. Any possible workpiece radial load is eliminated. It should be noted that metric toggle pads feature two flats on the head and not a hex configuration.
The insert tip is either 4140 steel or carbide with a black oxide finish. The heat treat is plain pad Rc 36-40. It has a 2B-UNC thread.
