Wire thread insert self-locking - AMECOIL
These self-locking thread inserts are made of stainless steel and easy to recognize by their red color. They correspond to the conventional series and are designed so that the polygonal deformation of a thread turn(s) locks the screw threads. This allows for a powerful locking on the screw thread sides and the unscrewing effects of thermal loads, vibrations and dynamic stresses to be counteracted. The locking torques required have compatibility with the standard ISO-2320 indicated values
