The APSOvib air spring is made of black CR steel cores in its elastomer parts. Its screw is made of 8.8 galvanized steel and its base plate is made of SLM 1A up to 12A in aluminium form and SLM 24A up to 1924 in galvanized steel form. This device can be used in the active insulation of ventilators and compressors as well as the passive insulation of gauges and scales. The air spring is positioned on the elastomer body supported by the steel ring thus providing the insulation of oscillation. The frequency ratio and dynamic force are primary elements for the operation of the system. The frequency is achieved through 3 and 5 Hz depending on the work load and height. The object cane positioned has a height range of 65 and 90 mm.
