The 42R-5N AC inverter duty gearmotor is a right-angle motor designed with Quintsulation™. It is a 5-phase insulation process and is designed in accordance with NEMA MG 1-1993 standards. The motor operates with a changing speed suitable for an extensive range of AC drive products. It is also manufactured with an inverter-grade magnet wire and Class F insulation unit to increase security against spikes and damages caused by the inverters.The inverter duty gearmotor has an enclosed and ventilated housing made with an IP20 protection rating. Its industrial lip functions by sealing the motor and external shafts. The dual-reduction worm gear produces higher gear ratios in a compressed packaging. Furthermore, the motor is face-mounted but can also be mounted from the bottom of the gear head.
