The AlphaStep with Built-in Controller is designed with the simplicity of a stepper motor with closed loop control and the added simplicity of a built-in controller. The AlphaStep with Built-in Controller utilizes a combination of Oriental Motor's closed loop control and built-in feedback device to constant monitoring of he motor shaft position. The constant monitoring helps to detect and correct for loss of synchronism even during abrupt load fluctuations and accelerations. The built-in controller driver is equipped with an integrated controller to ensure a simple, efficient solution and is computer-programmable via an RS-232C connection. The AlphaStep with Built-in Controller is made of frame sizes measuring from 1.65 in. (42mm) up to 3.54 in. (90mm) and comes with a wide range of gear options and electromagnetic brake. The driver is available in three power supply voltages of single-phase 100-115 VAC, single-phase 200-230 VAC and three-phase 200-230 VAC.
