In industrial applications requiring high torque but with space constraints, the combination of GLOBE vane air motors with specialized planetary gearbox would prove ideal. PFG red series, which houses this combination, enables simple adjustment of torque and output speed. The whole setup is compact, light weight, and long lasting. It has been tested as per ATEX II cat.2 G&D T5 standards and is suitable for light to medium industries.

The gear design affords instant reversibility and a reduction ratio of 3:1 to up to 1000:1. It also aides in achieving high power and torque even at very low speeds. The power consumption is considerably low at 2.1 kW. Furthermore, the whole setup also affords flexible mounting options from face to IEC mounting and can also be run oil-free.
