Piezoelectric actuator / linear / miniature - PU 100 series
PU 100 series is a line of x translation stages manufactured by Piezo System. The unit is characterized by stability, resolution in nm and sub-nm range, motion that can reach up to 100 microns, motion without any mechanical play, integrated lever transmission, and integrated pre-load. It also offers easy and universal adjustment in high resonant frequency. This series may be combined with other PU systems, and is ensured to be vacuum compatible. Common applications of the series include fiber positioning, scanning systems, and micromanipulation.
