Piezoelectric actuator / linear - PX 500
The PX 500 from Piezosystem Jena is a long-distance linear actuator, equipped with high-resolution piezo actuating systems. The tool is designed with an integrated preload for dynamical use and has an OEM modul with small dimensions. The element can be mounted to a fixture using one of the holes with a diameter of 2.2 mm.The piezo flexure stage is applicable for system integration, due to its small dimensions. The construction is based on solid state hinges that provide a levered transmission of the piezo elements. The component may also be used in different applications, such as scanning systems and precision engineering.
