The Piezoelectric linear motor Series Piezo LEGS Linear Twin-C 40N is manufactured by PiezoMotor. The product has accurate sub-micron/nanometer positioning and it provides up to 40 N force, while its linear push rod measures 13 mm. Full-force, power-off locking does not have a mechanical play or backlash and it can be only accessed from the friction drive. The maximum stroke is 12.8 mm and the maximum speed range is 16 mm/s. The resolution is < 1 nm and the recommended operating range is 0- 20 N. The stall force is 40 N and the holding force is 44 N while the maximum voltage is 48 V.
