The Piezo LEGS series of rotary motors is intended for use in a wide range of applications, particularly those in which precise positioning and high-speed dynamics are essential. They have a high torque output and a direct drive in a compact package.

Advantages include a backlash-free operation, quick response time, Microradian resolution and a long service life. Also, there is no power draw in the hold position.

The Nanomotion HR Series of high force motors also comprises high-precision ceramic motors. All these are manufactured and designed for the Nanomotion brand. HR motors has successfully integrated high resolution with unlimited stroke in a compact dimension. HR series motors can be combined to generate a 15kg force piezo element that can itself generate a force of 3.2kg.

These motors can drive liner and rotary stage using different speed values. HR motors have unlimited travel using some of the vacuum versions available. They are used in applications like robotics, precision motion and microscopy.

The EDGE works with very specific and uniquely-designed compact ASIC-based drivers and can operate with any servo controller. It operates in a wide dynamic velocity range and has outstanding movement with very low power usage.

The ST Series provides a very high resolution motion control for linear or rotary devices in a fraction of the space of traditional mechanisms.
