E-725 Digital Piezo Controller is a compact, high-speed, precise nanopositioning system that has capacitive sensors and up to three axes. Piezo systems with direct drive or large scans can also be scanned dynamically due to the powerful amplifiers. Operating parameters are optimized with the new and advanced processor technology, which result in improved linear characteristics and better tacking accuracy.Nanopositioning refers to positioning with utmost accuracy at the nano level, which is truly achieved thanks to the high-resolution D/A converters. One or more axes are assigned the input voltage. Processing of the external sensor or control signals is made possible through four analog interfaces.
