Intelligent servo control modules ISCM4805/ISCM8005 facilitate high performance by collaborating PLC functionality, motion controller and drive in just a single and compact unit. These ISCM modules are quite flexible and cost effective. They provide compact solutions to coordinated and distributed control of DC, brush-less, step or linear motors. Maximum power of 240W and maximum voltage of 80V is facilitated.

It is programmable with high level Technosoft Motion Language. 2 phase motors are provided for the brush-less AC(vector control) & DC, linear and DC brush. It is in the credit card format with compact open frame of 70x50(mm). DIN rail version is also available. Various control modes like speed, position, torque, electronic gearing, profiling, contouring, step motor emulation and external variable control like flow, temperature, pressure, etc. There is master and slave mode to facilitate single or multi-axis control. With the help of stored motion sequences it possess a feature of standalone.
