The GEARMOTORS R180 and R280 for spring balanced rolling shutters R 180 (1 motor) offers lifting capacity of up to 180 kg R 280 (2 motors). The motors also offers lifting capacity of up to 280 kg application with supplied adapters on shutters with shaft Ø 60/48/42 mm and spring boxes Ø 200/220. The 25% PATENTED travel limit device features self learning positions of closing and opening and pre-wired motor power cable which minimizes installation set-up time. The innovative PATENTED crown support system with roller cage enhances system performance and simplifies installation operations. The motor is built of a sturdy and reliable body and crown made of aluminium alloy, an integral epicycloidal gearmotor with high-resistance steel gears, sealed bearings on the motor-gear shaft, special technopolymers on the travel limit device, lubrication with doped fats in order to increase heat resistance and also features an optional anti-fall device
