AC gearmotor / helical worm / pharmaceutical / chemical - 0.25 - 1.5 kW | DAS series
With the high demand for quality hygiene in the food and beverage industry, drive solutions can be affected by aggressive agents and cleaners. The SEW- Eurodrive Aseptic Drives DAS Series has been developed for dry hygiene environments, featuring fanless gearmotors and smooth surfaces. These motors follow the IP66 protection requirement. It features the OS1 up to S4 surface coating as well as the KS internal coating to prevent internal corrosion. A Class F protection thermistor is implemented (optional TH) as well as the IS connector. The power range for the motors start from 0.25 kW up to 1.5 kW. The Aseptic Drives DAS Series also feature an optional food grade gear oil.
