The L version of the 3L V6 has been specifically developed to meet the challenging emission norms of North America market (NAFTA) and provides 177 kW power and 570 Nm torque.
Main technical features include a 2000 bar injection system, a chain-driven, double overhead camshaft with four valves per cylinder, cooled EGR system, cylinder block in CGI (Cast Graphite Iron), an electrically actuated variable Geometry turbocharger,.
The engine is fitted with specific sensors to meet the On-Board-Diagnostic requirements (OBD-II)
