The ISB6.7 represents a design based on years of experience Cummins has with B engine platforms. This unique model offers a very economical and fuel efficient power plant for truck and bus manufacturers and is designed to meet even the most demanding emission regulations from Euro 2 through to Euro 6. It is frequently used by operators in Europe, Turkey, Russia, China, Brazil or India and delivers unrivaled performance combined with excellent reliability that is expected from a Cummins model. The Euro 6 version of ISB uses EPA 2010 technologies like cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR),variable geometry turbo (VGT), diesel particulate filtration (DPF) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR). In addition it is provided with Cummins PowerSpec electronic tool that allows fine-tuning for any on-highway application.
