HKW Electrospindle Servo Motors are water-cooled and frameless permanent magnet motors that deliver an output power of 230kW, especially designed for spindle applications. Constituent components are supplied as separate spare parts that can be assembled to achieve an excellent mechanical structure of the machine.HKW servo motors efficiently deliver a maximum speed at constant power and generate a high torque at slow speeds through the field-weakening technique. They can deliver high performance with precision and greater rigidity. With the advanced permanent magnets technology, heating in the bearings has been reduced to a greater extent as compared to induction motors, without any dilatation effect.
