Moog's line of Compact Dynamic Brushless Servo Motors has one of the broadest selections of power ranges, with motors specifically designed for dynamic servo operations with less that 30 ms of positioning time. Models in the series have continuous stall torques from 0.15 to 77 Nm (1.3 to 681 lb-in), and peak torques of 0.5-240 Nm [4.4-2124] [lb-in]. They are also capable of rates speeds ranging from 9000-2200 min-1 [rpm].

The Compact Dynamic Brushless Servo Motors' natural cooling, modular design can be fully customized by Moog engineers to cater to the various possible applications the motors will be installed in.

Moog Maximum Dynamic Brushless Servo Motors (MD Series) have been designed to serve this need of higher dynamics in industrial applications. This is made possible by increasing the peak torque and inertia ratio, and delivering a superior performance.

The excellent overload capacity of the electromagnetic design increases the available torque for acceleration and deceleration of load. This helps in achieving greater dynamics as well as improved dependability, cycle times and energy savings.

The MD series motors are available in a number of versions. This coupled with the ease of integration into existing systems minimizes the effort and cost of redesigning as well as leads to space savings.

Moog also provides Servo Drives as per MD Series motors to enable improved system performance.

The Oriental Motor NX series is made of three different motor types, a standard model and two models with planetary gears. These are highly-efficient motors that are ideal for use with applications that have a high moment of inertia. Manual adjustment can be used to achieve a hundredfold of the rotor inertia, and all motors in the NX series can be used with vertical movement tasks thanks to the inclusion of an electromagnetic brake by the manufacturers.

The sizes of these devices range from 42 to 104mm, and there is a maximum output of 50 to 750W at speeds of up to 5,500min-1. This series of motors can be used in belt applications and stops without vibrations.
