Protective control system / engine - Selco M0600 series
The M0600 Shutdown Unit is a back-up protection device that is designed with the purpose of using in marine engines. This device ensures safe shutdown of the engine in case of shutdown fails. This device is a stand alone protection unit and even work for DIN-rail mounting. It can even be mounted directly on the back of the M2000 Engine Controller. The M2000 can be used in combination with the engine controller to build a complete alarm and safety system for marine engines. For overspend, low oil pressure and other user defined parameters, the unit is provided with inputs. To indicate that the engine is running as well as the engine is stopping, it is provided with an input. When the engine is running with even few seconds delay after detection of the running signal, the monitoring of low pressure will become active.
